  • Hake or large flat brush and rigger  (round brush for mixing colour)

  • Paints – French ultramarine, paynes grey, burnt umber, burnt sienna, transparent yellow, naples yellow, raw sienna

  • 2B or 3B pencil, palette knife for scraping out
